Payment
Thank you for paying on time for sessions! And thank you for paying as much as you are able. The higher you pay on the sliding scale, the more I am able to offer scholarships and low-cost sessions to families who need them.
Why do your sessions cost as much as they do?
Teaching isn’t easy, and it’s not a job that anyone can do. I bring a lot to this work - 8+ years of experience teaching, 8+ years of experience as a developmental therapist and parent coach, including 2 years working in a clinic, and 16+ years of experience as a parent. I have expertise in special ed, accessibility, bilingual / ESL ed, and trauma-informed mental health support, plus extensive training in instructional design, adult education, anti-oppression work, and transformative justice practices. And I’ll keep learning and training for the rest of my life.

Tutoring
Sliding scale: $100 - $40 / hour.
Package discounts available: Sign up for 10 sessions and get 10% off. Sign up for 15 sessions and get 15% off.
Please note that one hour of tutoring typically reflects more than one hour of work. I will spend time outside that hour with your child researching, prepping, and making progress notes. I'll also be holding your child in my mind and getting sudden bursts of inspiration on evenings and weekends for how I can best support them! If you like, you can also join tutoring sessions so that I can coach you in skills and practices that you can implement while working with your child.
PAY IT FORWARD! Please pay as high on the scale as you are able. The more clients I have paying the full rate, the more I can serve families who can’t afford to pay the full rate.
Developmental Therapy
Sliding scale: $100 - $40 / hour.

Virtual Community Classes
Group class prices may vary, but generally will be $30 per class.
Limited scholarships available by application - we will prioritize families who are multiply marginalized (BIPOC, English language learners, disabled, chronically ill, 2SLGBTQIA+, and/or survivors of the carceral system).
